What is our standard in-lab time/turnaround time?

For the MicroDental network, it depends on which case you are planning to send. Generally, crowns and bridges are around 5-8 business days. Implants and dentures may vary based on the scale of the case. Nevertheless, please contact each lab for more precise lab time. For the Modern Dental network, you can access the detailed lab time by clicking Zone 1 and Zone 2.

When you say you are a full-service lab, what does it mean?

MicroDental and Modern Dental offer a full range of products and services under one roof, from single-unit crowns to full-mouth restorative/cosmetic cases and advanced case planning. We provide personalized service and expertise in digital workflows, fixed, removable, and implant cases. In addition, our Continuing Education program is continually evolving to support your success and the growth of your team and your practice.

How do I send a case?

First, send the digital impressions through a client portal depending on which scanner you have (i.e., Medit, iTero, etc.). If you have traditional impressions, please call the lab to schedule for a courier or a local driver pick-up.
