CAD/CAM DESIGNER (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of CAD/CAM Designer to join our ART team in Livermore, California.
*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics
Responsibilities:
Quality Control of all lab restorations: zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, wax, etc… (check for shade match, cracks, correct tooth numbers, etc..)
Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD software program (3shape/Exocad)
Digital Model design (3Shape/Exocad)
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
3 years or more relevant experience preferred
Basic knowledge in 3Shape and/or Exocad designing software
Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
Excellent computer skills, communication and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically communicate for corrections
Ability to read handwritten English ability to read and understand laboratory slips/laboratory terminology
High School diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
