FINANCIAL DATA ANALYST (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the Financial Data Analyst position in Livermore, California.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Support the FP&A Team with various analysis and data gathering where needed to help support performance
Responsible for monthly close, forecast, and variance reporting and analysis
Develop, analyze, and communicate reporting provided to the management
Create and enhance data pipelines, workflows, and queries based on large data sets
Build, monitor, and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools to analyze and monitor performance
Performs data extraction and analysis to identify opportunities and takes proactive corrective action
All other duties as assigned or otherwise required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau
Strong SQL or similar programming background
Statistical Modelling in Microsoft Excel
High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects
Strong aptitude for learning and initiative to work independently
Ability to work under pressure, support multiple assignments, with strong attention to detail
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the Accounts Payable Specialist position.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Coding, entering, verifying and vendor reconciliation of invoice, match with supporting documentation and enter into company system(s) for payment
Review vendor statement to ensure accuracy and resolve issues that arise
Review all invoices for appropriate coding and approvals
Obtain new vendor and W-9 forms when applicable
Process invoices for 25+ locations in the United States & Canada
Answer all vendor and internal AP inquiries
Assist with weekly check run; month end closing
Provide supporting documents for internal and external audits, as needed
Assign to appropriate location managers and administrators for approval
Assist other associates – including AP team and accounting as necessary
Assist AP manager with projects and ad-hoc reports as necessary
All other duties as assigned or otherwise required by Corporate Accounts Payable Manager
Qualifications:
NetSuite experience or other ERP system with purchasing/inventory module
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable
Multi-location experience
Knowledge of purchase order processes
Ability to work independently or in a group setting
Flexible and adaptable to business needs as they change
Strong organizational skills, being careful, accurate and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
