DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Provide day-to-day leadership over the operations of various lab locations, including all workflows, processes, and procedures from development to execution
Liaise with location managers to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
Define, revise, and implement operational policies and guidelines for the organization
Improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies; develop and execute new growth directives
Assist in a plan for developing a sales and marketing strategy that integrates with the corporate sales team to attain budgeted sales revenue goals
Develop and monitor revenue margins, operating expenses, and budgets in conjunction with the CFO
Oversight of all administration, production, sales/marketing, employee management, and quality/safety activities of the lab
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent work experience. CDT or equivalent preferred.
5+ years in leadership experience as senior management, large dental laboratory/industry experience required
Direct experience defining, deploying, and continuously improving operations and management processes
Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
Outstanding negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient with MS Office and various business software
Occasional travel required
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
