DENTAL LAB OFFICE ASSIST. (Hermanson, Maplewood, MN)

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the Office Assistant - Shipping/Receiving position at our Dental Laboratory in Maplewood, MN.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems

• Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels

• Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns

• Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch

• Disinfect incoming dental cases

• Ensure purchasing needs are met with proper inventory and supply management

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments

• Track packages to ensure on-time delivery

• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred

• Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs

• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Maintain clean equipment and work area

• High School diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
