Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory
Increase customer satisfaction-emphasis on digital support, using excellent communication and telephone skills, email and virtual communication experience, and a solutions mindset
Collaborate with internal technical teams, external strategic partners, and service teams focused on digital adoption, retention, and growth of a territory
Monitor, assess, and communicate with supervisor potential customer-related activities, patterns and opportunities
Utilize channels of communication between customers and laboratories, keeping customers informed of the best options and additives for successful sales outcomes through outbound follow-up calls and emails
Demonstrate keen awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service requirements, and customer needs assessment
Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements, study clubs, conventions, seminars
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Excellent computer knowledge and telephone skills, digital scan review preferred
3+ years previous experience in a dental profession preferred
Previous experience working in a sales or telephonic sales position
Must be a self-starter with good initiative, assertiveness, and self-motivation to resolve potential conflicts with customers
Ability and willingness to reasonably make decisions, receive feedback and take calculated risks
Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Pay: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour

DENTAL LAB SERVICE COORDINATOR (RTG, Rochester, NY)
Rochester Technical Group (RTG) in Rochester, New York is part of a network of a world-class, rapidly growing, global company with great long-term stability. With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Center is devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members. We are looking for a Dental lab Service Coordinator to join our team in Rochester, New York.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems
Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog
Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
Basic Microsoft and computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
